For their Fall 2018 efforts, the two worked on creating the perfect items for a 48-hour getaway — and came up with a capsule collection consisting of pieces both sumptuous and spontaneous. Although the collection includes apparel like jackets, shirts, and pants, the crown jewel is undoubtedly the footwear: an adidas Twinstrike ADV and adidas Army. The Twinstrike boasts a deconstructed white leather/mesh upper with a giant tongue and “Traveling Is A Sport” + factory-style codes in silver on the throat, while colorful accents arrive on the midsole bricks. The Army sneaker — a new take on the silhouette that inspired Margiela’s famous “Replica” shoe — features an ultra-luxe white leather construction and retro thin laces, while a small colored Trefoil hit appears on the heel and the insole boasts passport-style detailing.
