There’s no telling what’s next in the future of Nike SB, but it seems promising. In addition to a signature model for Ishod Wair, the skate-obsessed category has placed bold bets on solo-efforts the likes of the Nike SB Force 58.
Reminiscent of the Nike Dunk Low and Air Jordan 1 Low, as well as tennis-inspired silhouettes from the brand’s archive, the Force 58 indulges in a canvas and suede build throughout its upper. Most of the sneaker opts for a cool grey tone, while branding at the forefoot, mid-foot and tongue deviate in stark “Black” contrast. When coupled with the redesigned sole unit, which boasts a capsule pattern and tri-star shapes for better grip, the model offers a compelling proposition for skaters of all levels.
Enjoy official images of the pair here below. A stateside Nike.com launch is likely in the works, but the shoes are currently available in Asia.
In related sneaker news, the Air Max 1 celebrates its 35th anniversary in 2022.
